We started Benz Travels right here in Krishna Nagar, and it’s been a long journey in this part of East Delhi. Our office is tucked away at E-15/27, which is a busy spot but we like it that way. Most days it’s just us sitting with the phones and a bunch of papers scattered on the desks. We deal with people coming in all the time asking for different things, maybe a trip out of the city or just needing help with their plans. Krishna Nagar is always loud and crowded, so finding a quiet moment is hard, but that’s just how things go around here. Sometimes the internet acts up or the tea guy comes late, but we keep moving. We aren't doing anything fancy or flashy, just managing the daily bookings and talking to folks who want to go somewhere. It gets pretty frantic around the holidays, but that’s when we’re most awake. The 110051 pin code has been our home for a while now. We know the neighbors and the shops around the block. People drop by without calling sometimes, which is fine because we are usually around anyway. We handle the paperwork, sort out the travel stuff, and try to keep things organized despite the usual Delhi chaos. It’s a small operation but it keeps us busy from morning till the shops start closing down. We just focus on the work right in front of us.
