Benz Travel

If you are looking for us, we are at 251/17 in Zakir Nagar, New Delhi 110025. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and travel brochures that we haven't had time to file away yet. Benz Travel is where we spend our time trying to help people figure out their trips and get their tickets sorted. It’s not always easy because flights change and people get confused about their dates. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the email s.ejazamir@gmail.com that Ejaz set up for us. Zakir Nagar is a busy place with lots of noise and people moving around outside our door. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the person on the other end of the line. We have a few chairs for people to sit if they come in to talk to us in person. It’s mostly just about finding the right ticket or the right hotel for someone’s budget. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us doing the best we can with the tools we have. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about where we’d like to go on holiday ourselves. Other days we don't even have time to finish our tea before it gets cold. We try to be practical about things. Traveling can be a headache for people, so we just try to make it a bit simpler from our little office here.
