Bennigan'S Grill And Tavern

Our place is tucked away on the first floor of Dolphin Apartments at 95-B in Krishnanagar within the Safdarjung Enclave area of New Delhi. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs but once you get inside you can usually smell the food cooking in the back. The kitchen at Bennigan'S Grill And Tavern is always the loudest part of the whole building with the sound of plates clinking and the grill sizzling away. We have some wooden tables and chairs that have been around for a bit and they give the place a lived-in feel. Most of the staff has been working here together for quite some time so we all know who is supposed to be doing what. Safdarjung Enclave is a nice part of town and we get a lot of locals who just want a burger or something to eat after work. It isn't a massive hall, just a comfortable space where you can see the light coming through the windows in the afternoon. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and making sure the ketchup bottles are full. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to scramble to get everything ready before the first people show up for lunch. It is just a regular grill and tavern life where we work hard and hope the equipment doesn't break down during a busy shift.
