Our office for Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. is at E-58, Sujan Singh Park. We are right across from the Ambassador Hotel, which is a landmark that helps everyone find us. New Delhi 110003 is a busy part of town, but Sujan Singh Park has its own rhythm. We’ve been here for quite a while, and the building has a lot of character. It isn't one of those modern glass boxes you see popping up everywhere. It’s a solid place with a history. Inside, it’s just us working away. We don't have a lot of corporate jargon or big meetings about "synergy." We just talk to each other across the room. Being near the hotel means there’s always some activity outside, but inside we just focus on what needs to be done. We’ve seen the streets outside change over the decades, but E-58 stays mostly the same. It’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't looking to be the trendiest company on the block. We just value being reliable and being here when people need us. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we’re more like a family than a bunch of coworkers. We take our lunches nearby and come back to finish the afternoon shift. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. The trees around here are nice, and the building stays relatively cool in the summer heat, which we all appreciate. It’s just a decent place to be while we handle our daily business.
