You can find us over at E-87 in Greater Kailash Part 1. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi, but our street is tucked away from the main markets. We work with barscope equipment. It’s a very specific field, so we don’t get a lot of random foot traffic. Mostly, it’s people who already know us and what we do. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We still have some heavy metal cupboards and desks that have been here since we started. It’s not one of those modern glass offices you see in the newer parts of the city. We prefer it this way. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate space. Sometimes we have crates of equipment sitting in the hallway because there’s no room left in the back. We don't mind. It shows we’re busy. The traffic in GK-1 can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up before the rush. We don't do any big promotions. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. It’s just a small team of us handling the orders and making sure the technical stuff is right. We drink a lot of coffee and keep the place running as best as we can. It’s just a steady, practical business in a nice part of town.
