Bedi Travel Services Pvt Ltd is located at 101, C-122 in Hari Nagar. It’s a pretty simple place, just an office in a building where we’ve been for quite a while. Hari Nagar is a busy area, and being at C-122 means we are right in the thick of it. The office itself is just one of those places filled with files and the sound of printers going off. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to get people their tickets and travel plans without any fuss. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff, like answering emails and making sure the cars are ready for the morning pickups. We have a lot of regular people who come to us because they know we’re right here in the neighborhood. It’s easier for them to just walk over than to try and do everything on a phone app. We like the face-to-face part of it, even if it means we spend a lot of time talking. The walls are covered in some old photos and some travel posters that have been there for years. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel, which we prefer over those cold, modern offices you see in the city. We show up early, leave late, and just try to make sure nobody ends up stranded somewhere. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on here in Hari Nagar.
