We’re the team at Bcd Travel India Pvt Ltd, located at G-2 F-50 Jeet Ram House in Kathwaria Sarai. This part of New Delhi is always moving, and so are we. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, but we’re busy inside. We handle a lot of travel arrangements for different companies and people. It’s mostly a lot of booking systems, phone calls, and keeping track of itineraries. Kathwaria Sarai is a crowded area, so getting to work in the morning is usually an adventure with the traffic. We’ve got a group of people here who have been in the travel game for years. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes the systems go down or a flight gets canceled, and then it’s all hands on deck to try and sort out the mess. It can be stressful, but it’s what we’re used to. We eat lunch at our desks more often than we should. There’s always a stack of files or a list of emails waiting. It’s a practical business. We focus on the details of the trips so the travelers don't have to worry about it as much. We’ve been at Jeet Ram House for a while and have become a fixture in this little corner of the city. We just keep moving.
