Even though our name says Mumbai, this specific office is right here at Rb 12 in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. It might seem a bit confusing to some, but we’ve been running things from this spot for a while now. We deal with hotel management and the various things that come up when you have people staying over. It’s a lot of housekeeping talk and booking schedules that we have to manage. Uttam Nagar is a crowded place, and our office reflects that busy feeling. We aren't some fancy corporate headquarters with a big lobby. It's just a place where we do the work. The Bawa Group has a lot of history, but here in Delhi, we just focus on the daily tasks. We spend time on the phone with the Mumbai side and then handle whatever is happening locally. Sometimes we’re dealing with maintenance issues or just making sure the staff has what they need for the guests. It’s a practical business. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches or marketing slogans. We just want the rooms to be ready and the guests to be okay. The traffic outside is always loud, but you get used to it after a week. Working in hotels means you never really have a quiet day. There’s always someone checking in or out or asking a question about the area. We stay focused on the details and try not to get overwhelmed when it gets really busy.
