Batura Holidays

Batura Holidays is over in East Guru Angad Nagar, specifically at 14/1. We are located at Heera Lal’s place, which is a familiar landmark for those living around Delhi 92. The area is quite residential and quiet compared to the main roads. We mostly spend our time planning trips and looking at different holiday packages for families and individuals. It’s a small operation here. We don't have a huge marketing team or anything like that. It is just us sitting around the table, working through the logistics of travel. Sometimes we stay late to make sure all the hotel bookings are confirmed. The office is simple, with a few desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We use everyday English and don't try to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just want to make sure people have their travel documents ready when they need them. It is a bit of a walk from the main transport links, but the locals know where we are. We've been at this address for a bit and have gotten to know the neighbors quite well. Working in travel means we hear a lot of stories about where people want to go. We keep things practical and don't make promises we can't keep. It’s a straightforward business and we take it one day at a time. The atmosphere in the office is usually quite relaxed unless it’s peak holiday season, then things get a bit more hectic around here.
