Batura Holidays

Our little office is tucked away at 132/2 New Mustafabad in Karawal Nagar. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. Batura Holidays started because we liked the idea of helping people get out of the city for a bit. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking train schedules. It’s not all glamorous travel like you see on TV. Mostly it’s us on the phone trying to fix a booking or explaining why a flight was delayed. We have a few desks, some old calendars on the wall, and a lot of notebooks filled with scribbles. People from the neighborhood drop by just to ask about prices or to see if we have any ideas for a weekend trip. We don't have a big fancy website with all the bells and whistles. We prefer talking to people face to face. Delhi can be a lot to handle, so we understand why everyone wants to leave for a while. We’re just regular people working here, trying to make sure nobody gets stranded or loses their luggage. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to scramble to fix it, but that's just how the travel business works. We’ve been in Karawal Nagar for a while now and we know the shortcuts and the best times to travel. It’s a decent way to spend the day, even if the office gets a bit cramped.
