Karol Bagh is famous for many things, but Hari Singh Nalwa Street is where you find the real industrial grit. Our address at 31/1594 is part of that old-school business vibe. Batsons Industries has been operating here for quite a while. It’s not a clean, white-walled office. It’s a place where things are made and handled. You can hear the sounds of the street outside—horns, people shouting, and the hum of other small industries nearby. Inside, we have our machinery and our stock. Everything has a bit of a metallic smell to it, which we’ve long since stopped noticing. The days are long, and we usually start by checking what needs to be produced or shipped out. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. Our desks are old, and the filing cabinets have seen better days. But it works for us. We don’t try to impress anyone with a polished image. We just focus on the orders and making sure the quality is what it should be. The street is busy, making it hard to find a spot for a truck to pull up, so there’s always a bit of shouting and gesturing involved in getting goods moved. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but it’s our daily reality. We just put our heads down and get through the work until it's time to go home.
