Batra Banquets Pvt. Ltd is based out of H.No.120, Block - H 4, on the second floor. This part of New Delhi, the 110045 area, is always bustling. We don't have a huge office; it's just a space where we handle the bookings and the planning for events. Most of the time, we’re talking to families who are planning a wedding or a big party. It’s a lot of listening to what people want and seeing if we can make it work. We have a lot of files and old photos of events we’ve helped with. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but people find us eventually. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help set up spaces, arrange for food, and make sure there are enough chairs. It’s a lot of physical work and phone calls. Sometimes things get stressful when a date is coming up fast, but we’ve gotten used to that. We’ve seen all sorts of celebrations over the years. We’re just a small group of people working out of a regular building. We don't have a big PR team or anything like that. We just focus on the details of each gathering. It’s about making sure the lights work and the food is ready on time. We like being part of people's big days, even if we're just in the background helping out.
