Barista Coffee Company

We have been running Barista Coffee Company for a while now. Most people just know us as the place to grab a quick drink. Our address is a bit funny since we use anip_16_dec@yahoo.com for everything. It’s where the emails go when someone has a question about a brew or a bill. We aren't trying to be the fanciest spot in town. We just have the machines going early in the morning. Sometimes the grinder makes a lot of noise, but that is just part of the job. It gets busy around ten, then things quiet down for a bit before the afternoon rush. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s just us making sure the coffee tastes right and the mugs are clean. If you send a message to that Yahoo address, one of us will eventually see it. We might take a day to reply if the shop is packed. Working here means a lot of standing up and talking to locals. We know most of the regulars by their first names. It is a simple life. We don't use those complicated loyalty apps or anything. Just come in, get your cup, and go about your day. We like it that way. No fuss, just hot drinks and a place to sit for a minute. We've seen a lot of people come and go over the years, but the smell of the beans stays the same. It is a good way to earn a living.
