Barbeque Nation Restaurent(A Unit Of Saya Ji Hotels)

We are located out in Village-Surehti Jakhal, which is a bit of a drive if you aren’t from around the Mohinder Garh district in Haryana. It’s a quieter area compared to the big cities, and we like that about it. Our restaurant is part of the Saya Ji Hotels group, but it feels very local here. Being in P.O-Surehti Kalan means we see a lot of the same faces from the nearby villages. We spend most of our time getting the grills ready and making sure there is enough food for everyone who stops by. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months here in Haryana, but we are used to it by now. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. People come in with their families, and it can get a bit loud with all the kids running around, but that’s fine with us. We just focus on the cooking and keeping the place clean enough for the next group. It’s a simple setup. We don’t go for anything too over the top. We just want to serve a decent meal and make sure nobody leaves hungry. Most of the staff comes from the surrounding areas, so we all know each other pretty well. It’s a good place to work if you don’t mind a bit of smoke and a lot of noise during the dinner rush. We are just here doing our thing.
