Barbeque Nation New Delhi

Barbeque Nation in New Delhi is actually located over at Vinay Nagar in Gwalior according to our paperwork. It’s right near the big water tank in Sector-4, which is how most people find us. I work in the kitchen area mostly, where it’s always hot because of the grills. We spend the afternoons prepping the coal and marinating the meats before the evening rush starts. We usually finish up very late at night and have our own meal together once the last customer has gone. It’s hard work and your clothes always smell like smoke by the end of the shift. The lights are a bit bright in the dining area, but it makes the place look lively. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel; we just want people to eat well and have a good time. It’s a simple setup that keeps us on our feet all night.
