If you’ve ever been to Gandhi Nagar, you know it’s one of the biggest markets for clothes, so it’s always packed with people and rickshaws. Our place is tucked away in one of those busy streets. We aren't a big university or anything like that, just a place where we teach and talk about bar work. The building is an older one, and we are on one of the floors there. It’s a bit dusty and the stairs are steep, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time showing people how to handle things behind a bar. It’s practical work. No big fancy speeches, just hands-on stuff. Gandhi Nagar is a loud place, so there’s always noise coming through the windows. We’ve been here for a bit now. It’s a good spot because there are so many shops nearby if we need supplies. People come to us from all over this part of Delhi. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who know the trade. We just want to pass on what we know. The address IX/ 2922 might be hard to spot at first because of all the shop signs, but it’s there. It’s a plain, hardworking kind of place in Delhi -31.
