Banyan Tpurs

Banyan Tpurs is based out of Wz24 in the Rajnagar area of Palam, New Delhi. If you know Palam, you know it can get pretty crowded, but we have our little corner here. We have been running this place for some time, mainly helping people with their travel plans and tours. The office is small and simple. We have some posters on the walls and a few desks where we sit and take calls. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to someone face-to-face. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us. We spend a lot of time checking dates and prices and trying to make things work for our customers. Sometimes the power goes out or the street outside is blocked by a delivery truck, but we just keep going. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees, so things feel a bit more personal here. We know the regular faces from the neighborhood. It can be a lot of stress when someone's trip goes sideways, but we do our best to straighten it out. We aren't fancy and we don't pretend to be. We just provide a service and try to be helpful to the people who come to us in Rajnagar. It’s just a normal, local business doing its thing.
