Our place is located at 38, Bhagwan Nagar, which is right near the Jeevan Nursing Home in the Ashram area of New Delhi. It is a busy spot to be in, that is for sure. Being Bank Ofamerica Continuum Solutions Pvt Ltd sounds quite formal, but the day-to-day reality is just people at their desks doing their bit. We are right there in the thick of the Delhi traffic near the nursing home. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we keep things running on the inside. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things. We handle a lot of data and back-end stuff that keeps the bigger wheels turning elsewhere. It’s not the kind of job where you see something new every hour, but there is a certain rhythm to it that we like. We usually grab lunch from the local spots nearby or bring stuff from home. Ashram is a crowded place, so getting here in the morning takes some patience. Once we are inside, it’s all about the computers and the spreadsheets. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything adds up by the end of the shift. It’s a practical way to earn a living in the city.
