This place is located in Pitampura, inside the Maurya Enclave area. We are at BP-56, which is part of the Vaishali Apartments. It's a residential setting, so it doesn’t look like those big bank buildings you see in the city center. Shephali Saran runs things here, working alongside Himanshu Nirmal. It’s a bit of a different setup since we operate out of an apartment. New Delhi can be loud and crowded, but Pitampura has its own rhythm. We’ve been here for a bit, handling the Bank of America tasks that come our way. The rooms are filled with folders and computer screens. It’s mostly just us keeping track of numbers and documents. There’s no big lobby or a line of tellers waiting for you. It’s more personal than that. We drink a lot of coffee while going through the records. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. People often get confused by the address being a home, but it’s where the work happens. We focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks every morning. It’s quiet in the afternoons when the sun hits the balcony. We’ve grown used to the neighbors and the local market nearby. It’s a simple way to run a branch office. We don’t need much else besides our desks and a good connection to get things done.
