If you come by, you’ll likely see people practicing their service skills or talking about hotel management. Vasundhra is a growing area, so there is always construction noise or something happening on the street nearby. Our building is pretty functional. We have classrooms and some practical areas where the kids learn the ropes. It’s not a polished corporate environment. It’s more of a place where things get a bit messy because people are actually learning by doing. The staff here has been in the hospitality game for a long time, so we don't have much patience for fancy talk. We just want the students to understand how a kitchen really works or how to handle a difficult guest without losing their cool. We spend our days making schedules and checking on the equipment. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we have some fans and we just keep moving. We are just a group of people in Ghaziabad trying to pass on some useful skills to the next generation.
