Our office is located at H-393 in Gali No. 3. This is over in Guru Ram Das Nagar, which is part of the Laxmi Nagar area in New Delhi-92. If you know Laxmi Nagar, you know how crowded it can get. Gali No. 3 is a tight street and there is always something happening outside. We have been in this building for quite some time now. The H-393 address is a multi-story spot and we take up our little corner of it. Inside, it is full of paper and old metal cabinets. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. The lighting is a bit dim in the back of the room, but we have enough lamps. We spend our days typing and filing things away. It is honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Outside, the sounds of the market and the rickshaws are constant. We usually have a tea vendor who comes by in the afternoon. That is the highlight of the day for most of us. Laxmi Nagar is a place where everyone is trying to get somewhere. We are just one of the many businesses tucked into the lanes of Guru Ram Das Nagar. It is a simple setup with old fans and sturdy tables. We show up, do the work at H-393, and go home.
