Balaji Industry

We are located in Nirmal Towers on Barakhamba Road, right in Flat 1401 and 1402. Being on the 14th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at the buildings across the street. It’s a busy part of Delhi, so there is always a crowd down at the entrance and the elevators take forever during the morning rush. Inside, our space is filled with files, samples, and a few desks that are squeezed together. It’s more of a functional office than a showroom. We deal with industrial materials, so there are always boxes being moved around or couriers coming in with documents. The AC hums constantly because the sun hits our windows pretty hard in the afternoon. We don’t have any polished displays or fancy lighting. Usually, someone is on the phone arguing about a delivery date or checking on an order status. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the stacks of paperwork on our desks. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped with all the stuff we have to keep on hand, but it works for us. When people come to visit, they usually comment on how high up we are. We just focus on getting the day’s tasks done, whether that’s responding to an inquiry or organizing the warehouse shipments from afar. It’s a fast-paced environment because Barakhamba Road never really slows down, and we try to keep up with that energy every day we are here.
