Balaji Industrial Corporation

Balaji Industrial Corporation is based at B-259 in the Shaimar Vill Industrial Area of Ashok Vihar. It’s a busy part of the city where everyone is always rushing around. Our unit at B-259 is mostly filled with machinery and raw materials. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where the actual work happens. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for a long time. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, because the metal roof makes the place heat up quickly. We don’t have an office staff or anyone to answer the phones in a professional way. Usually, whoever is closest to the desk just picks it up. We mostly deal with other businesses in the industrial area and some suppliers from across town. The road outside can get really muddy when it rains, making it hard for the trucks to get in and out. We spend a lot of time just managing the logistics of moving things around. It's a lot of physical labor and long hours. There aren't many places to sit and relax, so we usually just grab some tea from the stall down the road and drink it while standing near the entrance. We are just a small part of the big industrial machine in Ashok Vihar, trying to get our daily tasks finished on time.
