Haqikat Nagar is where you will find us if you are looking. It’s a typical part of Delhi, loud and full of life at all hours of the day. Balaji Communications is the name on the front, and we have been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time now. There is no big corporate building here, just our regular space in the middle of the neighborhood. The streets around Haqikat Nagar can get pretty narrow and crowded, especially when everyone is out running errands. We just keep our heads down and do our work. People walk past the door all day long. Sometimes they look in, sometimes they just keep moving toward the main road. Being in Delhi means there is never a quiet moment, but we have gotten used to the background noise of the traffic and the vendors nearby. Our setup for Balaji Communications is simple. We don’t have fancy furniture or a reception desk that looks like a hotel. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the equipment we need to keep things running. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever found the time. It feels like a local shop should. It’s honest work in a place that feels like home to us. We know the people who work in the shops next door and we see the same rickshaws every morning.
