Bal Travel House

Bal Travel House is located at 2/1 B Jangpur A, which is a nice little pocket of New Delhi-14. Our office is small and tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have been here for years, and the space shows it a little bit. The floor tiles are worn in the spots where we move our chairs, and the shelves are completely packed with old travel brochures and files. We don’t really believe in throwing things away if they might be useful later. It’s just a few of us working here, mostly handling bookings and talking to people about their holiday plans. We have an old desk by the window where the sun comes in really strong in the morning. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when a family comes in to talk about a trip, but we always manage to find an extra chair somewhere. We don’t have any of that high-tech office equipment, just the basics that get the job done. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often chat with the people living in the other parts of the building. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don’t put on any acts or try to seem bigger than we are. We just know a lot about travel routes and we share that with whoever walks through the door at 2/1 B. It's just us doing our thing.
