You can find us at Geeta Apartments in Block 17. It’s right in the middle of a residential block in Delhi, which makes it feel more like a community hub than a corporate travel agency. We have been sitting at these same desks for years, helping people figure out where they want to go. The office is small, and sometimes it gets a bit cramped when too many people come in at once to talk about their visas. We have stacks of brochures that are probably a bit out of date, but they still look nice on the shelves. Most of our work is done on the computers now, but we still like having physical files for everything. Geeta Apartments is a well-known spot around here, so people usually don't have trouble finding us. We talk a lot about train timings and flight connections. It’s a lot of detail work, making sure the names are spelled right on the tickets. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations, which is never fun for anyone. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. It’s a local business, through and through. We know the families around here and have watched their kids grow up while we planned their vacations. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us in Block 17. We keep it simple.
