Bajaj Allianz Gic Ltd

Our office is located in Village Nagla Mohkam, near Post Bisawar in the Hathras district of U.P. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. We work out of a small building here and see a lot of local people from the village. Most of our day is spent talking to folks about their insurance and filling out forms. It’s not a high-tech office with glowing screens everywhere. We use paper and pens for a lot of things and have a couple of desks. Sometimes cows walk past the window or it gets dusty when the wind picks up. We’ve been serving this community for quite some time now. People know they can find us here if they have a question or need to pay for their policy. We don't wear fancy suits or anything like that. We are just regular people from the area. If someone has a problem with their claim, we sit down and try to figure it out together. It’s a slow pace of life in Nagla Mohkam, but we like it. We keep our records in big folders and try to make sure everything is in order. It’s a simple setup but it works for everyone in the village.
