Bag Films & Media Limited

Our place is out in Sector 51 of Noida, specifically at A70 in Kendriya Vihar. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit different than a big glass office park. Bag Films & Media Limited has been operating from here for a while now. You have to go through the main gate and sometimes the security guards take their time checking IDs, which can be a bit annoying if you’re in a rush. Inside the office, it’s mostly just stacks of hard drives, some old tapes we haven't thrown out yet, and a few editing stations that are always humming. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing; most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. The lighting is a bit dim because it helps with looking at the screens all day. We drink a lot of instant coffee and talk about whatever project is currently stuck in the pipeline. It’s a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. The windows look out onto the common park of the society, so we see kids playing or people walking their dogs during our breaks. It’s a quiet enough spot for media work, away from the main road noise. We just keep our heads down, do the edits, and try to meet the deadlines without too much stress. If the power goes out, we just take a break until the generator kicks in and everything restarts.
