Babu Ram Sharma

My name is Babu Ram Sharma and I have been set up at K 65 on the Tis Hazari Main Road for quite some time now. Being on the main road means there is never a quiet moment during the day. Between the honking cars and the people walking to the courts, it is a very lively and energetic spot. I like the noise. It makes me feel like I am in the middle of everything that matters. I don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or air conditioning that freezes you out. My place is just a simple building at K 65. It is old and has some character, which I prefer over those new shiny places that all look the same. I have spent most of my working life here on Tis Hazari Main Road. People know where to find Babu Ram Sharma when they need something done. I don't try to be something I’m not. I am just a local man running a local business. I don't have a mission statement or any of that marketing talk. I just think it is important to be here when I say I will be. The stairs are a bit narrow and the sign is a little faded, but the work we do is solid and honest. It’s a practical way to live. I see the same tea seller every morning and the same postman. It’s a real community here.
