This is 4Th Generation Staffing Solution Pvt Ltd. We are located in Katwariya Sarai, specifically on the 2nd floor of the building owned by Chaudhery Sukhveer Singh, at number 98. If you’ve ever been to Katwariya Sarai, you know it’s a tight, busy area with lots of students and people looking for work. That’s why we’re here, really. Our office is just a simple space on the second floor where we spend our days talking to people and looking at resumes. The stairs are a bit steep and the building is older, but it serves our purpose. It’s usually pretty loud outside with all the street noise and people walking by. We don't have fancy furniture or expensive artwork on the walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We try to help folks find jobs and companies find staff, but it’s a lot of hard work and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be bigger than we are. It’s just us, the Chaudhery’s building, and a whole lot of candidates coming through the door. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the chaos. It’s honest work and we just take it as it comes, one person at a time.
