Our place is in Indirapuram, specifically at D 903 in Jaipuria Sunrise Greens. It’s a big residential complex, so it doesn’t really feel like a traditional workplace. Most days involve just sitting at the dining table or in the spare room we turned into an office area. Ghaziabad can be quite a loud place with all the construction and the horns honking down on the main road, but inside the flat it’s mostly just the sound of laptops humming. We started this because we wanted to do our own thing without the commute to a big glass building. 141 Sercon India Pvt Ltd is just us, really. We handle our projects, talk to people on the phone, and try to keep everything organized despite the limited space. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost because the towers in 12A Ahinsa Khand I all look the same, which can be annoying when you’re waiting for something important. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our everyday clothes drinking coffee. It’s a practical way to run things, even if it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of files everywhere. We do what needs to be done and then we can just walk into the kitchen for lunch. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done without any unnecessary fuss or expensive rent to pay. It is just a normal life here.
