A Consultancy Group

Our group is based in DLF City Phase II in Gurgaon. We are tucked away at JD K 2/3, which is right behind the Central Arcade. Because it is a very busy area, finding a parking spot can be a real struggle most mornings. The office is not very big, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. Doing consultancy work means spending a lot of time listening to people talk about their companies. We take a lot of notes and then try to figure out a plan that actually works. It is not always easy, and sometimes telling people things they don't want to hear is necessary. A lived-in feel is present in the office. Stacks of paper are everywhere and the printer makes a weird noise every time it runs. We have been here for a few years and have seen the Arcade change quite a bit. No corporate art is on the walls, just some old maps and a few calendars. Most of us have lived in Gurgaon for a long time, so the noise and pace of things are familiar. We are just a group of people who know a bit about business and try to be useful. There is no fancy pitch, just a way of working that seems to do the job. One of the chairs has a squeaky wheel.
