We operate out of Sector 10 in Dwarka, specifically at New Adarsh Apartments, Plot Number 22. Our office is in flat D-7, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business environment. We’ve been doing clearing and carrying work for quite some time now. It’s a lot of logistical stuff, dealing with shipments and making sure things get where they need to go. The apartment complex is generally quiet, which is nice when we have to focus on complicated paperwork. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room and the bedrooms are full of files and records. It’s not a shiny corporate office in a skyscraper. We know the security guards at the gate by name and they know us. Most of our work happens over the phone or through emails, so we don't need a big storefront. Sometimes the printer jams right when we have a deadline, and we all have to stop and fix it. We drink way too much coffee throughout the day to keep up with the pace. It’s a small, dedicated group of us here. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just handle the freight and the customs stuff as it comes in. Dwarka is a nice area, and being in a residential building makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed.
