B.A in Ganga Vihar. We’ve been at C-244/A for a while now. It’s just a regular spot where we get things done. Most days start early because the neighborhood gets busy fast. We don’t have fancy signs or anything. People just know where we are. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes with all the paperwork and stuff lying around, but we manage. My cousin helps out when things get hectic. We handle a lot of small tasks for folks who live nearby. It isn’t always quiet, especially with the traffic outside, but that’s just Delhi for you. We try to keep things simple here. If someone walks in with a question, we just talk it out and see what can be fixed. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait it out with some tea. It's not a big corporate setup, just a local place where we know most of our neighbors by their first names. We’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here at this same corner. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It’s a lot of work keeping things running, but we like being part of the community here in Ganga Vihar. It's been a long journey but we keep at it because we know the people here. Nothing too complicated about how we operate, we just show up every day and do what needs doing.
