Our office is at 15 B Rajpur Road. It’s a pretty well-known road in Delhi, and we like being here. We handle travel arrangements, which means our days are full of looking at routes and checking prices. We don't have a big, flashy storefront with neon signs. It’s just a regular office where we sit and work. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve learned that people just want someone who will listen and help them out. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or corporate slogans. We just talk to people like we’re talking to our neighbors. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and some old maps on the walls that we probably should have replaced years ago. But they have a bit of history to them. Rajpur Road has its own character, and we feel like we fit right in. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, and we just sit and have a cup of tea while waiting for the next call. Other times, everyone is talking at once and it’s a bit of a mess. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to make sure people get where they’re going without too much trouble. It’s basic, honest work and we’re happy with that.
