We are situated at D-42 in West Patel Nagar. This part of New Delhi is always moving. There are shops everywhere and the streets are always full of people. Our office is right in the thick of it. We have been here at this address for quite some time. It is a small place but we make it work. We spend our days helping people figure out their travel plans. It involves a lot of looking at screens and making calls to different places. We don't have any of those polished corporate slogans. We just talk to folks. My father started this and now we just keep it going. It is a family thing really. We have a few desks and a lot of old files. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a mess but we still show up. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. Most of our customers come from the neighborhood. They know where we are and they know we will tell it to them straight. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to help you get a ticket or find a hotel without a lot of fuss. It is a practical business. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized. That is pretty much all there is to it. No fluff, just work. The fans keep us cool enough and we get the job done.
