B B M Telecom has been operating out of Dakshinpuri at 3/771 for quite some time now. It’s a small place, really just enough room for the display cases and a place to sit while we work on phones. The neighborhood is always active, and we get a lot of foot traffic from people living nearby. We handle a bit of everything, from selling data packs to finding the right case for an old phone. It’s not a polished store with bright lights; it’s more of a practical spot where you go when your charger stops working. We have a lot of stuff tucked away in drawers that you might not see at first glance. If someone comes in with a problem we can't fix, we tell them straight instead of wasting their time. The heat in the summer can be tough since the shop faces the sun, but we manage. We’ve grown to know most of the families around here over the years. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the wires and spare parts lying around on the workbench. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and wait for the first customer to arrive. There’s always someone stopping by just to chat for a minute while they wait for their phone to boot up. It's just a regular local business doing what we can in our corner of Dakshinpuri.
