B B Impex is located in Karol Bagh, specifically at Street No 32, Naiwala 1609/2. Being in Naiwala means we are right in the center of the spare parts trade. Our office and storage area is mostly filled with cardboard boxes that have come in from all over. The space at 1609/2 is quite tight, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have to stack everything near the entrance. We spend a lot of time checking invoices and marking boxes with thick black markers. The walls are lined with metal shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, filled with smaller components and wrapped packages. It is a very busy street, so there is always the sound of rickshaws and delivery carts right outside our door. Sometimes the humidity makes the cardboard go a bit soft, so we have to be careful with how we stack things. We have a small table where we do all the paperwork, and it is usually covered in receipts and shipping labels. It isn't a place for sitting around; there is always something to be counted or moved. People in the trade know where to find us in Street 32. We just focus on getting the crates out and the new ones in. It is a constant cycle of loading and unloading in this part of town, and we just keep up with it day after day.
