You can find us at I-Pocket 100-A in Dilshad Garden, Delhi. This is a local branch where we handle the daily business for the area. Dilshad Garden is a big residential pocket, so we see a lot of people from the neighborhood every day. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a standard setup with counters and a waiting area. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the regulars pretty well. It’s a lot of routine work, like checking documents and processing requests. Sometimes the line gets a bit long on Monday mornings, and we just have to work through it as fast as we can. We have a small staff here, and we all know each other’s habits. It’s a practical environment, nothing like the big headquarters downtown. The furniture is a bit worn in places, but it’s comfortable enough for a day's work. We don't use any fancy language or try to sell anything extra. People just come in for what they need, and we help them out. There’s a park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk during the lunch break. It’s a decent neighborhood to be in. We just focus on keeping the records straight and making sure everything is in order before we close up for the day. It’s a straightforward job, and we take it one day at a time without overthinking things.
