Avs Holidays Pvt Ltd is based at 10636 Manak Pura in the Karol Bagh area of New Delhi. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how crowded and loud it can get with all the shops and people. Our office is right in the thick of it. We deal with travel stuff all day long, mostly sitting behind the desks and talking to people about their plans. The building is 110005, and it’s a bit of a squeeze when we have many visitors at once. We’ve got maps and some old calendars on the walls, mostly to keep track of things. It’s not one of those shiny travel lounges you see in malls. It’s just a room with some chairs and computers where we work. We drink a lot of chai from the stall downstairs while we handle the bookings. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic, but we are used to it by now. The street outside is always full of rickshaws and noise, which you can hear even with the door closed. We’ve been in Manak Pura for a while, so we know the local vendors and the other businesses nearby. It’s a very normal, local office where we just try to get the work done without too much fuss. We don’t have any big flashy signs, just our name on the door.
