Aviva Life Insurance

Our spot is at Rz-B3-243/B in Vijay Enclave, right on the Palam Dabri Road. If you know this part of New Delhi -110045, you know how busy the road gets. There’s a lot of dust and noise from the buses going past all day. We spend our time here at Aviva Life Insurance talking to people who come in with a lot of questions. Most of the time, the office is full of files and folders piled up on the desks. It’s a small space, and we’re always trying to find a place to put things. We aren't a corporate office with a view. We’re right there on the ground level where the neighborhood is. We see families coming in and we sit down with them to go over their papers. It takes a lot of time to explain everything and fill out the forms correctly. Sometimes we have to wait for the computer to load or the printer to stop jamming. It’s just part of the day. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually the highlight for us. We’ve got some posters on the wall that have been there for years. It’s a humble place, but we’re here every morning when the shutters go up. We just keep doing our work and watching the traffic go by on Palam Dabri Road. It’s a long day, but it’s just our routine.
