Aviva Life Insurance

We've been set up here in Shakarpur for a while now, right in the School Block at S231A. It’s a busy part of Delhi-92, and our small office is usually full of papers and files related to life insurance policies. People from the neighborhood come in to ask about their premiums or how to update their details. It isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything, just a regular workspace where we sit and get through the daily tasks. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but we are used to it. We help folks understand the forms because they can be quite confusing with all that fine print. Most of the time, we are just checking documents and making sure everything is in order before it gets sent off. It’s mostly local people coming through the door. We know many of them by face since they live nearby. Working here means seeing the same street vendors every morning and dealing with the usual Delhi heat. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand without making a big fuss. It’s practical work, really. Just making sure that when someone needs their insurance sorted, they have a place to walk into and talk to a real person instead of just calling a number. We've got our routine down and we just keep at it every day.
