Aviva Life Insurance

We are located in Dwarka at House No. 737, Sector-13, in the Pkt B Phase II area. This is where we handle the local side of things for Aviva Life Insurance. It is a residential neighborhood, so our office is quite easy to get to for people living nearby. We do not have a big, flashy corporate building. It is just a simple space with desks, chairs, and several filing cabinets that are usually overflowing with paperwork. Life insurance can be a bit complicated, so we spend a lot of our time explaining the different options to people in plain English. We are not interested in using big words or confusing anyone. We just show them the forms and help them understand what they are signing. The office is usually quiet, but we do have busy days where several families come in at once. We have to deal with a lot of data entry and making sure all the records are updated correctly in the system. Sometimes the computers are slow, which can be annoying, but we just manage it. We have been in this part of New Delhi-110075 for a while now and have gotten to know many of the local families. We are just here to do a steady job and help people figure out their insurance needs without any pressure. It is a small team and we just try to keep things as honest and clear as possible.
