The office for Avis India is located at 9/11 in Punjabi Bagh (W). Being a subsidiary of the Oberoi Group, people might expect something really stiff and formal, but this local branch in New Delhi feels more like a regular workplace. We handle a lot of car rentals and transport stuff from here. The building is in a well-known part of Punjabi Bagh, which is usually quite crowded with cars and people shopping or heading to work. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our desks. We spend a lot of time coordinating where the cars are and who needs them next. There is a lot of talking on headsets and checking the computer screens.
