Avis Indai ( The Oberoi Group )

We are set up at D/10 in Mahipalpur. It is very close to Basantkunj in New Delhi. The area is always crowded because it is so close to the airport and the main roads. Our office is a busy spot where we manage the car rentals. There is always a lot of dust from the road and the sound of cars honking outside. Inside, we have a few desks and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. We spend most of the day on the phone or dealing with the drivers who are coming in and out. It is a lot of logistics and checking schedules. The Oberoi Group is part of our background but our daily life here is much more grounded. We wear our uniforms and try to keep things moving. The office itself is quite plain. We have a small area where people can sit and wait while we sort out their paperwork. Sometimes the computers are slow and we have to apologize for the delay. It is just a regular Delhi office life. We grab lunch from the local shops nearby and talk about the traffic. The 110037 area is a hub of activity and we are right in the middle of it. It is not always easy but we have a routine that works for us. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the bookings.
