We are based out of E 73 in Sidharth Nagar, which is right in the Ashram area. It’s an old part of Delhi and the streets can be quite narrow and crowded. Our office is small and usually filled with a lot of technical manuals and spare parts catalogs. We’ve been in the aviation business for a while now, though on a much smaller scale than the big airlines. It’s just a few of us here. We spend our days dealing with paperwork for parts or helping out with logistics. Ashram is a very busy junction, so there's always the sound of horns outside our window. It makes it hard to hear on the phone sometimes. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. We handle a lot of requests for niche items that are hard to find. Sometimes we spend days just trying to track down one specific component for a client. It’s a lot of tedious work but we’re used to it. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. People mostly find us through word of mouth in the industry. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be sorted out.
