We operate out of 9/335 in Lalita Park, over in the Laxminagar area of Delhi. Hospitality is what we do, but we don't treat it like some big fancy concept. It's mostly about making sure things are clean, people are fed, and the service is actually happening. Our office is just a regular room where we coordinate everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running around between different sites. Laxminagar is a crowded place, and we fit right in with the hustle. We started this because we knew the area and saw what needed to be done. It’s not about flashy logos for us. It’s more about the actual work on the ground. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s names. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or a pipe leaking, and we just deal with it. That’s just how this business is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the hospitality side of things is handled right for the people who hire us. Every day is a bit different, which keeps it interesting. We’re just local people doing a job in a part of the city we know well. We keep our files stacked on the desk and our schedules written on a big board. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done for everyone involved.
