Our office is over in Laxmi Nagar, specifically in the J-Extension area. It’s a crowded part of Delhi, but that’s where all the action is. We’re at J-3/153 B, which isn’t always the easiest to find if you don't know the lanes well. We deal with hospitality services, which basically means we’re always on the phone or sorting out schedules for people. It’s a lot of coordination. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place in 110092 where we set up our desks. We’ve been operating from here for some time. There’s always a lot of noise from the street, vendors shouting and bikes going past, but we’re used to it. It’s just a few of us in the office most days. We don't have a big corporate lobby or fancy coffee machines. We just make our own tea and get on with the day’s work. Managing hospitality stuff means things can get a bit chaotic, but we try to keep a handle on it. Sometimes we’re here late, sometimes we’re out on site. It’s not a nine-to-five kind of job, really. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized. Laxmi Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve just become part of that over the years. We’re just local people doing a job in a busy neighborhood, trying to keep our clients happy.
