Avaya Globalconnect

Avaya Globalconnect is based here at R-Z 1/63, on Street No 3 in New Delhi. It’s a busy little corner of the city. We’ve been working out of this space for quite some time now. The street outside can get pretty packed with bikes and cars, especially in the mornings, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Inside, it’s just a standard office setup. We don’t have anything flashy or high-tech on display in the front. It’s mostly just people on their computers or talking on phones. We deal with communication systems, but our own office is pretty old-school. There’s a lot of paperwork, some half-empty boxes in the corner, and a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a big marketing budget to make things look perfect. We just focus on making sure the connections work and the customers get what they need. The team is small, and we all know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a lot of things happen at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our desks, probably with a few too many files open at once. It’s just how we do things here on Street No 3. We've been around long enough that the local shopkeepers know our tea orders by heart.
