Avalon Hospitality

We are located in Sector 20 of Noida, at D-114. This part of Uttar Pradesh is always expanding and building new things, but our little corner feels fairly established by now. Avalon Hospitality is run from this office, and it is usually a hub of activity during the week. Since we deal with hospitality, there is always someone on the phone talking about food, rooms, or upcoming events. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers, ledgers, and stacks of paper. We don't have a grand entrance or anything fancy for visitors. It is more of a place where we sit down and figure out the difficult logistics of how to take care of guests and various clients. The staff here are mostly local people from Noida or from across the border in Delhi. We spend a lot of our time making sure deliveries are on time and that the staff at different locations know what they are doing. The street outside D-114 can get pretty packed with cars during the middle of the day, so parking is always a bit of a headache for us. Inside, we just try to stay as organized as possible. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a late delivery or a sudden power cut, and we just have to fix it on the fly. We have been in Sector 20 for quite a while, so we know the local shops well.
